On the ground with Skyborne: a partnership extended through 2030
"Skyborne is a fantastic example of a training organization that truly embraces digitalization without losing sight of what matters most - safety, quality, and people."
About Skyborne Airline Academy
Skyborne is one of the UK's most advanced and respected flight academies, and has been part of the FlightLogger community for years.
Showing up, not just selling
FlightLogger believes that building great software starts with listening and showing up. That's why Product Manager Christina Solberg recently visited Skyborne — not as a sales trip, but to connect face-to-face with the people who use FlightLogger every day, from instructors and dispatch staff to operations teams.
FlightLogger in daily use
Walking through Skyborne's modern training facility, one thing stood out: FlightLogger is visible. From dispatch desks to classrooms, the platform plays an integral role in organizing daily flight training and ensuring smooth coordination between staff and students. At the dispatch area, the FlightLogger calendar and booking view are displayed right where students prepare for flights — a small but powerful sign of how naturally it fits into Skyborne's workflow.
The team shared positive feedback on the platform's usability, reliability, and how it continues to support operational growth as Skyborne scales its training programs.
A partnership built on trust
The visit also served as an opportunity to reflect on the ongoing collaboration between FlightLogger and Skyborne. Having recently extended their partnership through 2030, both teams reaffirmed their shared commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in flight training.
