We confirm within 48 hours
We'll let you know if the referral is eligible and how long it's valid (12 months). Then our team reaches out to the school.

When the school signs, we send your gift. When they pay their first invoice, your 10% discount starts.

- We copy your school's main contact, so it's all transparent.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much do I save?
10% of your FlightLogger subscription fees for 12 months, up to €1,000 per referral. One-off fees like implementation and training aren't included.
When does my discount start?
On your first invoice after the referred school pays its first invoice. We'll tell you the start date and the amount.
Is there a limit on how many schools I can refer?
No. Discounts from several referrals add up, but together they can never exceed 100% of an invoice.
Does the school I refer get a discount?
No. They go through our standard sales process and get the same 4–6 week onboarding as every FlightLogger customer, plus a warm introduction instead of a cold call.
What if FlightLogger is already talking to the school?
Then the referral doesn't count. That applies if there's an open deal, or if our sales team has been in contact in the last 30 days. We'll always tell you why.
Who can refer?
Any active FlightLogger customer with no overdue invoices.
Can I refer a school outside my own country?
Yes. FlightLogger runs in 50+ countries, and schools outside your local area are often the best fit.
